① 清除坡面防护区域内威胁施工安全的浮土及浮石,对不利于施工安装和影响系统安装后正常功能发挥的局部地形(局部堆积体和凸起体等)进行适当修整。 
② 放线测量确定锚杆孔位(根据地形条件,孔间距可有0.3m的调整量),在孔间距允许的调整量范围内,尽可能在低凹处选定锚杆孔位;对非低凹处或不能满足系统安装后尽可能紧贴坡面的锚杆孔(一般连续悬空面积不得大于5m2,否则宜增设长度不小于0.5m的局部锚杆,该锚杆可采用直径不小于12的带弯钩的钢筋锚杆或直径不小于212的双股钢绳锚杆),应在每一孔位处凿一深度不小于锚杆外露环套长度的凹坑,一般口径20cm,深20cm。 
④ 注浆并插入锚杆,采用标号不低于M20的水泥砂浆,宜用灰砂比1:1~1.2、水灰比0.45~0.50的水泥砂浆或水灰比0.45~0.50的纯水泥浆,水泥宜用42.5普通硅酸盐水泥,优先选用粒径不大于3mm的中细砂,确保浆液饱满,在进行下一道工序前注浆体养护不少于3d。 
⑤ 安装纵横向支撑绳,张拉紧后两端各用2~4个(支撑绳长度小于15m时为2个,大于30m时为4个,其间为3个)绳卡与锚杆外露环套固定连接。 
⑥从上向下铺挂格栅网,格栅网间重叠宽度不小于5cm,两张格栅网间以及必要时格栅网与支撑绳间用1.5铁丝进行扎结,当坡度小于45时,扎结点间距一般不得大于2m, 当坡度大于45时,扎结点间距一般不得大于1m(有条件时本工序可在前一工序前完成即将格栅网置于支撑绳之下)。 
⑦ 从上向下铺设钢绳网并缝合,缝合绳为8钢绳,每张钢绳网均用一根长约31m(或27m)的缝合绳与四周支撑绳进行缝合并预张拉,缝合绳两端各用两个绳卡与网绳进行固定联结。

(2) The anchor hole position is determined by setting-out measurement (according to the topographic conditions, the hole spacing can be adjusted by 0.3m), and the anchor hole position is selected at the lowest concave as far as possible within the allowable adjustment range of the hole spacing; for the anchor hole which is not low concave or can not satisfy the system installation, it should be as close as possible to the slope surface (in general, the continuous suspended area should not be greater than 5m2, whether or not). It is advisable to add a local anchor with a length of not less than 0.5m. The anchor can adopt a steel bar anchor with a bending hook of not less than 12 in diameter or a double-stranded steel rope anchor with a diameter of not less than 212. A pit with a depth not less than the length of the exposed ring sleeve of the anchor should be drilled at each hole, with a general diameter of 20 cm and a depth of 20 cm.
(3) Drilling and clearing bolt holes according to the design depth, the hole depth should be greater than the design bolt length 5 CM-10 cm, and the hole diameter should not be less than 42; When restricted by drilling equipment, the two strands of steel rope constituting each bolt can be anchored into two bolt holes with the hole diameter not less than 35, forming herringbone bolt, and the angle between the two strands of steel rope is 15-30, so as to achieve the same goal. The anchorage effect of C15 concrete foundation with section size not less than 0.4 x 0.4m can be used to replace the rock and soil section which can not be pored because of loose or broken strata.
(4) Grouting and inserting bolts, using cement mortar labeled no less than M20, it is appropriate to use cement mortar with cement-sand ratio of 1:1-1.2, water-cement ratio of 0.45-0.50 or pure cement slurry with water-cement ratio of 0.45-0.50, and ordinary Portland cement of 42.5, giving priority to medium and fine sand with particle size of less than 3 mm to ensure that the slurry is full and in the next stage. The grouting body is maintained for not less than 3 days before the operation.
_Install the longitudinal and transverse supporting ropes. After tensioning, two or four ropes are used at both ends (2 when the length of supporting ropes is less than 15 m, 4 when the length is more than 30 m, and 3 between them) and the anchor rod exposed ring sleeve are fixed and connected.
The overlap width between two grids is not less than 5 cm. When the gradient is less than 45, the spacing of tie points should not be more than 2 m. When the gradient is greater than 45, the spacing of tie points should not be more than 1 m (when the condition is good, the work of the local engineers should not be more than 1 m). The sequence can be completed before the previous procedure by placing the grid under the support rope.
_Lay the wire mesh from top to bottom and sew it up. The suture rope is 8 steel ropes. Each wire mesh is sutured and pre-tensioned with a suture rope about 31m (or 27m) in length with the supporting rope around it. Two rope clips are used at both ends of the suture rope to fix the net rope.
